With the aid of the Almighty God and backed by the assistance of artists in the field of visual arts, the Directorate General of Visual Arts of the Department of Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in collaboration with the Institute for the Development of Visual Arts and the directorates general of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the provinces and with the active participation of artists, arts associations and art universities, faculties and institutes, the 5^th Fadjr International Festival of Visual Arts will be held from 2^nd February to 2^nd March 2013 in the three fields of graphic (poster), photography and cartoon.
